1. You hydrate
Before beginning a sport of endurance, you have to make sure that your body is correctly hydrated. If it is not the case, you can suffer from muscular cramps and from muscular fatigue. This is due to the reduction of certain minerals, in particular electrolytes (sodium and potassium).

Make sure to drink between 480ml and 720ml of water before pulling you (approximately half of your thin body mass ml). For example, if you have 68kg of thin body mass, drink at least 2 liters of water a day. Drink more if you plan to make sports of endurance.
